This variety, originally from Gesha, Ethiopia, has been successfully adapted after years of experimentation to Andres Londono’s farm at high altitudes of 1680 to 1810 MASL. The team take pride in producing one of the finest Geshas in Colombia, which reached the semi-finals in this year’s World Barista Championship in Athens. The unique fermentation processes add complexity while preserving the floral characteristics of this variety. This micro-lot Gesha was produced using a wet white honey anaerobic fermentation for 72hrs.
