Tabi, a hybrid developed in Colombia in 2002 by crossing Bourbon and Timor varieties, exhibits resistance to coffee leaf rust and delivers excellent cup quality. It thrives at altitudes of 1680 to 1750MASL.

Through a meticulous washed process, Tabi undergoes pre-fermentation of cherries and extended post-fermentation without oxygen restriction. The drying process consists of two controlled phases. This careful technique results in flavors of red berries, guava, and grapefruit, accompanied by juicy acidity and a silky body, providing a delightful start to your day.

When you choose Willy’s Beans, our single estate coffee ensures unbeatable traceability and origin, just like the Puma Estate, Elephant Marago, and Summer Gesha. Situated on a 1950-meter-high hill in the Central Andes, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate in the untouched mist forest. Which cultivates seven coffee varieties in micro-lots, guaranteeing top-quality coffee, including Caturra, Castillo, Maragogipe, Red and Yellow Bourbon, Gesha, and Tabi.

Andres Londono is dedicated to sustainable specialty coffee production and has been Rainforest Alliance certified since 2018. By enjoying our award-winning coffee, you directly connect to the farm where it’s grown, providing an exceptional farm-to-cup coffee experience from the comfort of your home.
